Dear Friends:<\/p>\n

Here’s what’s happening this weekend at Berkeley Friends Church:<\/p>\n

1) On Saturday, 6\/22,<\/b> we will have a Work Day<\/b> to take care of the grounds. We’ll be concentrating on trimming trees & bushes, weeding, striping the parking lot, and other outside tasks. We’ll work from 10 AM to 3 PM;<\/b> please bring your gardening tools and a brown bag lunch!<\/b><\/p>\n

2) On Sunday, 6\/23,<\/b> things start at 10 AM <\/b>with our regular Sunday School classes<\/b> for adults & children. Meeting for Worship<\/b> begins at 11 AM,<\/b> including further meditations on covenant in the Gospels<\/b><\/a><\/b>.<\/b> Fellowship time follows worship, and then the Peace, Environment, and Christian Social Concerns Committee<\/b> meets at 1 PM.<\/b> <\/p>\n

3) Plans are still in flux for a visit to the Secrest\/Miche family<\/b> in Lakeport on Sunday afternoon<\/b>. We don’t yet have a confirmed time, but if they are scheduling a meeting for worship for the middle of the afternoon, it will be necessary to leave just after we conclude worship here. If you are interested, please let me know, and if you need a ride or can offer one.<\/b><\/p>\n
